## Submit your own tool

If the tool owner tells you to send a submission, read the agent instructions first.

Only HTTP 202 with status pending_review and the same submissionId as your request shows that we received your submission.
A receipt does not give approval. We examine the tool before we add it to the directory.
An agent without HTTP or browser tools can prepare the information. It cannot send the submission.
