AWorld adds a participation layer to event sustainability: learning, challenges, rewards and travel engagement. That is a different job from collecting a complete event inventory of venue energy, procurement, freight and waste.
The two workflows can inform each other, but only after the organizer has checked the data boundary. App activity, modeled savings and verified emissions reductions should retain their separate meanings in public reporting.
The fit assessment follows documented scope. Reviews are dated individual accounts; no hands-on product test or vendor interview is claimed.
