Honest Limitations

Main and embed plans have different terms

The main $49 Wedding plan has a six-month upload window; $79 All-In-One has one year. The separate widget has its own Free, Starter and Premium plans and storage periods.

Storage is not permanent

The main pricing page advertises one year of gallery storage after the event. Plan and download around that deadline rather than relying on indefinite online access.

Guest devices and connectivity affect participation

C T's 26 May 2026 Trustpilot review describes guests abandoning slow uploads. Matt Southgate's 5 March account describes a Samsung-browser issue that cleared in a different browser. These are individual observations to test.

The basic price does not include every planning tool

The detailed pricing table reserves RSVP and seating for All-In-One. Broad homepage language should not be read as including those functions in every paid option.

All-In-One $79 one-time Adds RSVP, meals, plus ones, seating and other planning functions; one-year upload window.

Hidden Costs to Watch

  • ! Applicable local taxes and checkout currency
  • ! Printed signs, screens and venue connectivity
  • ! Extra event or embed entitlements and any storage extension must be confirmed

The simplest buying decision is whether you need only photo collection or also the planning tools. Pick the plan on that basis, then test the QR link on representative guest phones and schedule a complete export before the storage period ends.

The fit assessment follows documented scope. Reviews are dated individual accounts; no hands-on product test or vendor interview is claimed.
