TapGoods PRO

TapGoods PRO is worth evaluating when rental sales, inventory and deliveries are becoming difficult to coordinate separately. Its range covers the full order workflow, with costs shaped by the billing term, required users and optional services. Match the current plan cards to the differently named feature table, and request a written scope for permissions, support and your busiest delivery days.

Launch US$29/user/month or US$19 billed yearly; Grow US$69 or US$59; Scale US$119 or US$99 with three users minimum; Enterprise by quote

Honest Limitations

The feature table uses different plan names

The calculator names Launch, Grow, Scale and Enterprise, while the comparison table still names Essentials, Standard, Select and Premier. The calculator resolves user prices and minimums; confirm the current feature, support and add-on mapping in writing.

Monthly payment does not mean a monthly commitment

The pricing page states a one-year minimum after the initial 30 days. Its early cancellation provision has an exception for custom functionality; confirm how it applies to your proposed setup.

Duplicated orders need a pricing check

Tracie C., a non-incentivized February 2026 reviewer, wanted duplicate orders to offer a choice to update to current prices. Test recurring client orders and the notes passed to warehouse staff.

Support and devices are separate purchasing decisions

Human support is plan-dependent, extra support packages are offered, and devices are sold separately. GPS integration also has a per-device charge; specify your weekend escalation needs.
