Volgistics

Volgistics offers a transparent way to budget a lasting volunteer database: records, administrators and optional modules each have an explicit price. It suits programmes that want to configure their own assignments, history and reports. Choose the complete working setup before comparing costs, because volunteer self-service and kiosk attendance add to the low base rate.

Honest Limitations

Connectivity is required

The official FAQ says an account cannot be accessed while its internet connection is down. It also requires a connection for each VicTouch station. Plan an alternate attendance procedure for an outage.

Inactive is not the same as archived

Applicants, Active and Inactive records all consume non-archived capacity. Archiving has a different price and reduced functionality; restoring a record also changes the billable count.

Self-service and kiosks are added modules

VicNet and VicTouch each add a monthly amount based on the selected record capacity. Extra system operators and document storage can increase the total further.

Demonstrate the reporting and shift exceptions

Laura W.’s non-incentivized May 2024 account valued ten-site administration but reported manual daily reporting and awkward changes to some grouped shifts. Those are historical observations; test today’s workflow for your reporting cadence.

Plan Price Details

Hidden Costs to Watch

  • ! Each system operator beyond the included two adds US$10/month.
  • ! VicDocs and larger archived-record capacity are separately priced.
  • ! Paid Jump-Start conversion is optional; a free import utility is also offered.
  • ! Hardware and applicable tax are outside these examples; downgrades take effect after the paid service period.
