Enthuse

Enthuse suits charities that want their own branding across registrations and fundraising pages, particularly in UK event fundraising. Its zero-platform-fee headline is only one part of the cost: subscriptions, provider fees, ticket fees and Gift Aid administration differ by product.

Honest Limitations

Several fees sit beside the headline

The current pricing table lists payment-provider, ticketing, merchandise and Gift Aid fees separately. Donations, Fundraising and Event Registration are different products and do not share every rate.

The free offer has a defined scope

Mass Participation is £0/month for its official event-fundraising scope. Owned event registration and the combined Fundraising & Events product are shown at £39.99/month.

Country and tax assumptions matter

Prices exclude VAT where applicable, and successful payments with cards issued outside the UK attract an extra 1%. Gift Aid eligibility and fees need a separate check.

Setup and support still need a rehearsal

Pamela C.'s April 2026 organizer review praised branded pages and assistance. Jayne Robertson's April account described a broken fundraising link that support corrected. These experiences support testing the complete registration-to-page handoff.

Pricing Breakdown
Plan Price Details
Mass Participation £0/month No platform fee, but the table lists 1.9% + 30p provider fees, a fee of 5% of the Gift Aid amount, and other applicable transaction types; scoped to supported mass-event fundraising.
Fundraising £24.99/month plus applicable fees Branded team/individual/appeal pages. Provider fee 1.9% + 30p and Gift Aid administration remain separate.
Event Registration or Fundraising & Events £39.99/month each Both list a 3.5% + 75p ticketing fee; provider fees and applicable tax are separate. These are alternative products, not an automatic £79.98 bundle.
Donations £39.99/month Advertises no platform or payment-provider fee for this product; Gift Aid and other listed charges still apply. Enthuse+ premium configurations need a quote.

1000

£2,500 ticket-fee component

Hidden Costs to Watch

  • ! VAT where applicable and an additional 1% for non-UK-issued cards.
  • ! A 5% Gift Aid charge concerns the Gift Aid amount; do not treat it as a 5% charge on every donation.
  • ! Merchandise and paying-in/high-value flows have separate listed rates; applicability depends on product and transaction.
  • ! Optional donor tips, payment-provider fees and subscription charges are different mechanisms.

Compare a supporter registering for your own event with someone taking a charity place in a supported mass event. Those journeys can use different products and fees. Follow each through page creation, donation, reporting and support access before choosing a package.

Show finance the ticket and donation calculations separately. In particular, the Gift Aid fee is attached to that additional amount, and the Donations product’s provider-fee treatment should not be copied onto a Fundraising & Events quote.

The fit assessment follows documented scope. Reviews are dated individual accounts; no hands-on product test or vendor interview is claimed.
